Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Equipment Donations Appeal

Watford Grammar School for Boys is proud to be a major centre for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award at Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels, with over 260 boys participating each year. The Award is offered in Years 9, 10, and 12, creating an exciting and rewarding atmosphere of achievement.
We are reaching out to parents to request donations of any used kit that could be lent to boys taking part in these expeditions. Items such as boots, waterproofs, rucksacks, and other hiking gear would be greatly appreciated. Donations in any condition are welcome, and your contributions will make a real difference to the boys as they work towards their awards.
Donations can be placed in the box near the West Gate, handed in at reception, or given directly to the boys to drop off at my office.
