Faith at WBGS

Watford Grammar School for Boys is formally designated as a school with a religious character (Church of England).

This is a product of our foundation in 1704 and the historic link to the Church of St Mary’s in Watford. We are proud of this heritage and the fact that our students come from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds and faiths. ‘Individuality’ is one of our core values and we celebrate the diversity of our community in many ways.
