(Jointly cast with Watford Grammar School for Girls)
This delightfully dark musical blended humour, horror, and heart as it told the story of a meek florist and his extraordinary, man-eating plant. Featuring a toe-tapping score by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, ranging from rock ‘n’ roll to Motown, the 2003 Broadway version brought extra energy with a full ensemble and expanded orchestration. Audiences were treated to a witty, thrilling, and heartfelt production that explored ambition, greed, and the cost of success.
