The Looking Glass: WBGS Academic Blog Launches Essay Competition

This term, the Academic Head Boy Team is excited to announce an essay competition with four intriguing categories. Winning and runner-up entries will be featured on The Looking Glass, our school’s academic blog.
The essay topics for this term are:
- What is the role of cryptocurrencies in the modern economy, and how might they disrupt traditional banking?
- Can totalitarianism ever be justified on political, legal, or moral grounds?
- With limited resources, should the scientific community prioritise expanding our knowledge or improving the quality of life?
- Is the role of Prime Minister an impossible job?
The deadline for submissions is Friday, December 9th, at 3:15 PM.
