WBGS Sustainability Committee Update

The WBGS Sustainability Committee comprised of boys from Years 7-13 have been meeting to discuss the environmental review and potential actions for the coming year:

- Some student artwork has been entered to the Get Creative for Climate Justice competition with winning entries being displayed at an exhibition at Parliament!

- Wildlife Society are working hard on initiatives including tree planting, pH testing and biodiversity conservation. 

- The Eco Council met again in December and Year 8 volunteers George U and Ryan R have been busy collecting data on how many reusable bottles are owned by Year 7s - 7C are the winners for this half term with 25 reusable bottles!

- Safa (Year 12) is once again busy creating seed bags to distribute to local primary schools to encourage biodiversity and conservation
