The teaching and learning facilities at the School are excellent. March 2004 marked the beginning of the School’s Tercentenary Year and saw the launch of a major Development Appeal to raise funds for the School to continue to provide as wide a range of opportunities for students as possible.
Our plans are ambitious and we are already reaping the benefits of the successful completion of Phases 1 and 2 of our development programme which includes the spectacular Clarendon Muse our new Sports Hall & Fitness Suite, a new Sixth Form Centre, improved Catering Facilities and the refurbishment of the James Theatre. These developments are clear examples of our uncompromising pursuit of excellence in all areas.
More recently we implemented Phase 3 of our development plan - the School's Science Block redevelopment has been completed and we are about to complete work on a new Sports Pavilion at the New Field. Additionally we have refurbished all of the rooms in the Main and English block to use state of the art technology and improved the décor.
All development phases will bring huge benefits for generations of our pupils and for the local area through the work we undertake with our community partners.
